When I founded Oxwash in 2018 it was with a mission to reduce the environmental impact of laundry on our planet. Through growing the business and team over the last 5 years, we have been fortunate to serve thousands of customers and businesses to help them make more environmentally-friendly choices, all while enjoying our convenient service, and for that I am very grateful.
Through our continued growth over the last few years, we have seen firsthand the dramatic impact our service is having on businesses looking to make their operations more sustainable, and are proud to support healthcare, hospitality, fashion, leisure, and more industries by continuing to build and optimise a service that fits with their requirements. Not only that but the impact we have for every item of laundry from commercial clients is over 6 times more impactful than items we wash on behalf of domestic customers.
Whilst we love our individual customers, due to the high demand for our services from these commercial industries, we have decided to indefinitely pause our direct-to-consumer service. From April 28th, Oxwash will no longer be accepting orders on our B2C platform, instead focusing our operations and technology on reducing the impact of commercial laundry services.

We understand that closing our B2C service may cause inconvenience to you, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause. While we are not accepting new orders, we will be fulfilling all orders currently in our care as normal.
